CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled by the buyer within 14 hours. After this time, your order is already registered and processed. It will be shipped according to the chosen delivery method.

If you cancel your purchase before the deadline, your payment will be fully refunded in the days that follow.

RETURNS

Before any returns, contact us at service.client@schoneshaar.com. Never returned from you without going through our customer service. We usually take 24 to 48 hours to answer you. Returns are accepted from 14 days of the day of receipt of your parcel.Take this time it will be too late.

Shipments must be in their original packaging. Wigs unworn and unused. Uncut lace. Weaves in their original state.

The products must be intact.

Always send us the returns with a tracking number that you will forward to us at the email address service.client@schoneshaar.com

REFUNDS

Refunds are made after returning the package to the address indicated above with a tracking number to send us.

Your return is subsequently controlled according to the return policies (see above).

If the conditions have not been met, we will retain the items returned and will not be refunded either the purchase or shipping costs. Please see our return policy.

If you respect these conditions, you will be refunded within 14 days.

We will inform you by email when your refund will be returned to you in the same way that you have paid.

Depending on the bank or method of payment, it may take 2 to 4 days. If you still do not see your refund, please contact your bank or the chosen method of payment.
